MTOPC - School Promotion Form

Taijiquan School Promotion Opportunity

The Midwest Taijiquan Open Peaceful Challenge aims to support schools and instructors teaching Taijiquan by allowing them to promote their school/services at this tournament. By providing your details below and paying the associated fee, we will ensure you have a space to set up and promote your school/services.

Note: this is only for schools and instructors providing classes in taijiquan. Schools, instructors, or other services providing anything other than taijiquan classes will not be permitted to set up at the tournament.

You will need to provide a contact person who will be the main person responsible for your setup and takedown at the tournament. Each school must supply its own setup (ie: table, chairs, promotional materials, etc.) You will need to specify the size of setup you require. To ensure all schools have adequate space, table sizes are limited to a maximum of 70" x 30" or equivalent, with up to three (3) chairs. You may provide your own backdrop (up to 72" wide) and promotional materials which will fit on your table. You will also need to specify how many representatives from your school will be in attendance. You may have up to three (3) representatives attending at any given time.

Once your application and payment have been received it will be reviewed by our Tournament Director. You will be contacted to either confirm your place, clarify any issues, or address any concerns. If your application is not approved you will receive notice and a refund of fee minus 15% for processing.

If you have any questions please contact our Tournament Director prior to submitting your application.
