Tai chi cannot prevent COVID (look at China statistics) but it can most certainly mitigate, shorten, etc the duration of it providing practice is consistant and habitual for the gong of relief of symptoms.

Thanks Sharon – at the moment beginners classes start with Beijing 24 forms and advanced classes with Yang 40 forms. I have studied the Hong Chen style which includes the fajin and silk reeling elements, and it may be offered in our advanced classes at some future point. If you haven’t already you might like to indicate your interest in new class locations on our poll.
